Great location but need to up their game
Fabulous location and our room was spacious and clean. Great to have the water sports included, we used the sailing cat. Most staff really cheerful and helpful. Our room was quiet and the bed really comfortable.
They really need more sunbeds! Guests routinely getting up at 6am to reserve one. Food wasn't the best, we always found something to eat but often it was not hot and variety lacking. Understaffing in the bars and restaurants often resulted in a long wait for service. Staff need training/organising.

Poor value, Great location
The location was great, near the end of the long popular beach in Rodney Bay. The breakfast buffet provided a satisfying amount of a variety of foods that tasted good.
Room 503 felt like punishment. In a block of rooms BEHIND the standard row of buildings, you pass through all of the nice areas with views of the pool or sea then walk around to the back of a back building to enter your room. It sucked to pay so much money for an inferior room. I called immediately to report that I couldn't connect to wifi from my room (couldn't even send Whatsapp messages) and was told there weren't any other complaints about wifi and to try standing on my balcony. The sliding glass door outside was comically difficult to open and close - the door was heavy and the track was dirty and corroded. Very disappointing. I think they should charge half as much for this room.. OH, and I had to wait until 5pm for a 3pm check in time. Not great after a long travel day. Other than the room, the rest of the resort was a nice place to be. The food was fine. Plenty of options at the buffet to fill your belly. I had a flavorful sauteed veg wrap at the snack shack one day and the next day I received shredded cabbage in a cold tortilla for the same order. I tried the Italian restaurant and enjoyed my vegetable lasagna. Sadly, it was served in a dining room without windows or ambiance after a reasonably long wait.
