« Une très belle et heureuse semaine en famille »

La gentillesse du personnel L’emplacement La qualité des activités proposées en dehors de l’hôtel Le buffet et surtout celui du petit déjeuner La variété des animations en journée ou le soir les sports nautiques proposés (dommage qu’il n’y ait qu’un seul catamaran)

Musique un peu trop forte autour de la piscine Trop d’attente aux 2 restaurants (buffet très bien) Heure d’ouverture du water sport trop réduite (ferme à 14h30 un jour)

Tired hotel closing end of April, so keep expectations realistic and your stay will be fine.

Considering the hotel is due to close end of April 2024, to be demolished, there was still a good selection of buffet style items, hot and cold for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the staff were friendly. Lovely large pool with swim up bar. Beach was amazing and can totally understand why this is a high value sight, being used for a more up to date hotel in the future.

Service a bit slow for tea/coffee/drinks as clearly understaffed due to imminent closure. Rooms are tired but comfortable and functional. Again, can see why the hotel is closing and a new upgraded one to be built in its place. Sun beds becoming less in number, so get up early to grab one.

Amazing staff/employees. Dinner was great! Rooms were cleaned everyday.

Poor Wi-Fi. No universal outlet adapters. Bathroom smelled funny. Visitor policy.

The Island stay was lovely and restful.

The location was lovely. The all inclusive drinks and food for the price was great as well.

We didn't get the towels and wash clothes we asked for timely at all. The food in the buffet could have been a little better, and though we got there on a Thursday, the other 2 nice restaurants were booked through until the time we left on Monday. Also booked up was the massage appointments, but I did get one on the beach by another off property professional that was fabulous.

Breakfast was OK, but i am sorry to say the lunch and dinner was not very good. The chicken tasted raw and needed to be washed in some lime and vinegar. The steak was good though... Overall a good stay, but the food was disappointing.

L’emplacement est excellent : au bord de la plage.

Les équipement sont très vieillissants et le personnel est à peine aimable, voire peu agréable avec des grands enfants. La nourriture est tout juste correcte.

Poor value, Great location

The location was great, near the end of the long popular beach in Rodney Bay. The breakfast buffet provided a satisfying amount of a variety of foods that tasted good.

Room 503 felt like punishment. In a block of rooms BEHIND the standard row of buildings, you pass through all of the nice areas with views of the pool or sea then walk around to the back of a back building to enter your room. It sucked to pay so much money for an inferior room. I called immediately to report that I couldn't connect to wifi from my room (couldn't even send Whatsapp messages) and was told there weren't any other complaints about wifi and to try standing on my balcony. The sliding glass door outside was comically difficult to open and close - the door was heavy and the track was dirty and corroded. Very disappointing. I think they should charge half as much for this room.. OH, and I had to wait until 5pm for a 3pm check in time. Not great after a long travel day. Other than the room, the rest of the resort was a nice place to be. The food was fine. Plenty of options at the buffet to fill your belly. I had a flavorful sauteed veg wrap at the snack shack one day and the next day I received shredded cabbage in a cold tortilla for the same order. I tried the Italian restaurant and enjoyed my vegetable lasagna. Sadly, it was served in a dining room without windows or ambiance after a reasonably long wait.

« Nous n'y retournerons pas et Déconseillons !!! »

Emplacement excellent. Par rapport à ma mère âgée nous étions toujours bien positionnés Petit déjeuner parfait.

-L'agent d'accueil désagréable. On avait intérêt à ne pas la faire se répéter. Femme fatiguee par le travail abrupte. -notre chambre n'était pas faite le 1er jour puis lit mal fait ! nous étions 3 pour 2 serviettes et 2 tasses. - à la sortie pas de porteur pour les bagages. - Le porteur nous demande de lui payer un ticket pour tastz bay. SOIS DISANT restaurant où il faut réserver 2 jours avant, Rvs prévu à 20h30 arrivée à l'heure ! 1h30 d'attente. Avec ma mère de 84ans. J'ai dû me plaindre à l'accueil de cette longue attente ! POUR MANGER QUOI ??? 2 parts de spaghetti +poulet et une pizza. Salle nulle ATTENTION aux claustrophobe !!! La salle de buffet est plus agréable d'ailleurs le repas là est bien meilleur !!! Nous sommes très déçus

« Pas de séjour, nous avons perdu notre argent car nous ne sommes pas restés dans cet hôtel médiocre. »

Rien, nous en sommes repartis 1h après notre arrivée.

Tout, le personnel ultra désagréable, les chambres sales, les salles de bains inutilisables, l eau de la piscine trouble, l odeur de l urine de chat de partout, le personnel de l accueil Christel et la manager. Hôtel à éviter quand on est en voyage en famille.

L'accueil est chaleureux, le personnel se montre disponible envers les clients, le calme de la chambre.

Great location but need to up their game

Fabulous location and our room was spacious and clean. Great to have the water sports included, we used the sailing cat. Most staff really cheerful and helpful. Our room was quiet and the bed really comfortable.

They really need more sunbeds! Guests routinely getting up at 6am to reserve one. Food wasn't the best, we always found something to eat but often it was not hot and variety lacking. Understaffing in the bars and restaurants often resulted in a long wait for service. Staff need training/organising.
